MARWARIS OF INDIA ARE PIOUS,RELIGIOUS,PHILANTHROPIC AND ORTHODOX.THEY HAVE BEEN PURELY VEGETARIAN.IN RECENT YEARS THEY HAVE BEEN IN THE LIME LIGHT DUE TO OVER-EXPOSURE.THEY WERE DRAWN TO ALL OVER INDIA FROM THE AREAS OF MARAWAR AND HARYANA REGION THATS SHEKHAWATI AREA TO REMOTEST CORNERS OF INDIA ENRICHING THE SMALLEST VILLAGES BY THEIR TRADING AND PHILANTHROPIC ACTIVITIES.THEY HAVE INVETSED WHAT THEY HAVE EAREND IN THEIR TRADE IN THE PLACE THEY LIVES IN.THEY HAVE NEVER REPATRAITED ANY MONEY TO THEIR ANCESTRAL VILLAGES.BUT DUE TO MANY OF UNSCRUPLOUS PEOPLE OF THEIR SOCIETY THEY HAVE ALSO GOT BOGGED BY GREED AND ENVIOUSNESS.NOW THEY HAVE LEFT ALL THE GOOD THINGS OF THEIR NATURE BEHIND AND TAKEN UP THE BAD THINGS OF LIFE.THE SOCIETY HAS A TENDENCY OF PLAYING WITH THE LIFES OF THEIR OWN BY DECEIT.

WE WANT TO DEVELOP OUR COUNTRY WITH A VISION
WE WANT TO DEVELOP OUR COUNTRY WITH A VISION.WE HAD NOT IN WAR WITH ANY OTHER COUNTRY SINCE 1971 AND WE GET LAZY AND IMMOBILE.SO THE LETHARGIC ADMINISTRATION DIDNOT THOUGHT OF MAKING OUR MILITARY STRONG ENOUGH TO TACKLE ANY AGGRESSION BY ANY OF OUR HOSTILE NEIGHBOUR.THE PER CAPITA SPENDING ON MILITARY IS INDIA 1.8%,CHINESE 4.2%,PAKISTAN 4.3%.SO WHERE DO WE STAND?NOW IT IS SEEN THAT WE ARE VULNERABLE TO ANY AGGRESSION DUE TO OUR OVERCONFIDENCE.OUR POLICY MAKERS ARE POLITICAL LEADERS AND BUREAUCRATS WHO DO NOT SEE EYE TO EYE WITH OUR MILITARY.OUR MILITARY IS HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL.THEY NEVER INTERFRES WITH OUR CIVIL GOVT.THEY JUST WANT THAT THEY SHOULD BE FULLY ENERGISED TO HAVE THE DUTY OF SAFETY OF COUNTRY. IF WE WOULD BE SO POOR IN SPENDING WE WOULD BE POOR IN HANDLING ANY ATTACKA ND THE PRECIOUS LIVES OF OUR SOLDIERS,COUNTRYMAN ARE AT STAKE,JEOPARDY AND DANGER.SO WHAT IS OUR COUNTRY LEADRS ARE DOING.THEY NEED TO HAV E RETHINK ABOUT OUR PER CAPITA SPENDING ON OUR MILITARY(ARMY,AIRFORCE,NAVY AND PARAMILITRAY FORCE)WE NNED TO HAVE A STRONG PRESENCE IN ASIA.WE KNOW THAT CHINESE ARE GROWLING DUE TO THEIR STRENGTH IN MILITARY HIGHEST AND LACK OF EQUILIBRIUM BY INDIA. SO WE NEED TO ALLOW THE GOVT TO INCREASE OUR SPENIDNG BY 4.8% OF OUR GDP AND EARMARK THE FUNDS FOR BUILDING ARMY,NAVY AND AIRFORCE FROM PURCHASES FROM DEVELOPED COUNTRIES.

498A-ABUSE OF THE LAW MEANT FOR WOMEN
498A section of ipc has resulted in abuse of the section by the greedy parents and mischievous girl.the instrument is so strong that many times the boy commits suicide and hapless parents of the boy socially ostracized.the govt has introduced the section to abolish teh menace of dowry from Hindu society but Hindu society has started to abuse the IPC only for personal greed forgetting the future of the boy and the girl.the non-bailable section is a tool in the hands of police to extort money and also many times insult the parents.the sections destroys the Hindu society and sacred norms of marriage.if the NHRC, NWC,and central law deptt wouldn't remove the strong sections of the IPC it would further destroy the sacred marriage institution and make it a marketable commodity.Hindu family would like to convert to Buddhism,Sikhism,islam and Christianity to save themselves from the crude act.
Now the matter is in the hands of law commission who can decide what is best for the parents of the girl and boy.the law must not be abused by any one.if it wouldnot be corrected people would lsoe confidence from indian law and the Hindu marriage act would remain a crusade for all.
