Now the matter is in the hands of law commission who can decide what is best for the parents of the girl and boy.the law must not be abused by any one.if it wouldnot be corrected people would lsoe confidence from indian law and the Hindu marriage act would remain a crusade for all.

498A-ABUSE OF THE LAW MEANT FOR WOMEN
498A section of ipc has resulted in abuse of the section by the greedy parents and mischievous girl.the instrument is so strong that many times the boy commits suicide and hapless parents of the boy socially ostracized.the govt has introduced the section to abolish teh menace of dowry from Hindu society but Hindu society has started to abuse the IPC only for personal greed forgetting the future of the boy and the girl.the non-bailable section is a tool in the hands of police to extort money and also many times insult the parents.the sections destroys the Hindu society and sacred norms of marriage.if the NHRC, NWC,and central law deptt wouldn't remove the strong sections of the IPC it would further destroy the sacred marriage institution and make it a marketable commodity.Hindu family would like to convert to Buddhism,Sikhism,islam and Christianity to save themselves from the crude act.

I have several doubts in my mind?why indira gandhi drove her younger daughter in law out from her house after her younger son's death in an air crash? why maneka Gandhi left her mother in laws house without any complaints.why Indira's grand son varun is not a family member of great Nehru Gandhi family?Why maneka didnot go to a police station to lodge FIR against her mom-in-law Indira Gandhi accusing her of dowry torture and driving her out in a lonely night with her little son? can any one have a reply to my above questions?
